Cancellation Policy
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the session price.
This policy allows us to offer the opening to another client seeking wellness support.
No-Show Policy
Missing your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the full session fee charge. This allows us to respect the time reserved specifically for you.
Insurance & First Visit
We process health insurance, workers' compensation claims, and motor vehicle accident claims. Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are also accepted as a payment option.
Health intake forms are completed on your first visit only. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to check in.

Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service via cash, credit, or digital methods. We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and process health insurance, workers' comp, and MVA claims. Package purchases are paid in full at the time of booking to secure your preferred schedule.
When you book online, we keep a card on file with Square to hold your appointment. It is only charged after your session (unless you pay another way at your visit), or for late cancellations and no-shows as described above.
